Patient Retention
Patient retention is a vital part of conducting successful clinical trials. ACMR recognizes this critical aspect and employs experienced and caring clinical staff to ensure consistently high retention rates. Our recreational therapists are on-site to provide an enjoyable and inviting atmosphere. Our transportation department is designed to ensure that scheduled appointments are maintained. A 24 hour patient call center is available to clinical trial participants where questions can be answered by a licensed nurse and/or physician.
